Hi Everyone! Im Alanna Cherote, fellow mumma!
I guess you may say, I’m the heart and soul behind Snip and Giggle. I wanted to combine my creativity, and passion for working with children of all stages and diverse needs, into a mobile business, that makes life easier for families on the Central Coast. I truly believe that every child deserves a joyful, stress free experience. They deserve to feel safe and seen in their inner world, and so do us parents.
With years of experience in working with children of all ages, I’ve seen first hand how challenging a simple haircut can be. My background in music facilitation has shown me the deep impact of sensory sensitivities.
This work has shaped my ability to create a fun, warm and supportive environment, helping children, and adults of all ages feel at ease.
To us, it’s much more than just a haircut—it’s a memory to cherish, and a big step toward building their confidence. We know that haircuts can be overwhelming for some children—especially those with sensory sensitivities, neurodiversity, disability and special needs.
